The claims process is highly technical and multifaceted- it is very easy to miss items that can be claimed for due to the multiple steps that are required for a successful claim.
We will review your clinical system to identify situations where a prescription was not generated to support a claim. Where it is clear an item was used or you are clear that an item is always used we will generate a prescription for you to claim (there is no time limit for a claim).
You have already bought the items – Anything we find has already been missed!
The service is offered on a success basis – all prescriptions will be logged against the latest tariff prices (the price you will be paid) and 15% will be payable upon submission. There will be no charge if nothing is found. We will also refund commission on any disallowed items or prescriptions (we haven’t had any yet!).
